Grasmere Farm’s Hampshire-cross Pigs are at the heart of our business. Rolled Loin of Pork is one of our most popular roasting joints, available from Grasmere Farm. This stuffed Rolled Loin, stuffed with our own recipe Cranberry and Apple stuffing, is a twist on the traditional and tastes delicious.
How to cook Stuffed Rolled Loin of Pork
Cook from room temperature. Dry the skin thoroughly and rub salt into rind. Roast the Joint in a deep tray and cover with foil. Place in centre of oven and cook at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes per 450g plus an extra 20 minutes. For the perfect crackling uncover the Joint 10 minutes before the finish and turn up the heat of the oven. Allow to rest before serving.
