After weeks of planning and hard work, the Grasmere Farm Bourne shop has undergone a stunning transformation and is now ready to serve the wonderful people of Bourne with an even wider array of local, high-quality produce. The newly revamped Grasmere Farm Bourne, now combined with the Old Bakehouse deli, offers a convenient one-stop shopping experience for all your culinary needs.
Convenient Location
Grasmere Farm Bourne and the Old Bakehouse deli have been combined into a handy one-stop shop. Situated on West Street, in Bourne, this was our first pop-up shop. Originally only open for special occasions, this store is now open every Friday and Saturday. Like our other butcher’s stores, each week we bring a huge range of value packs and fantastic weekend joints; perfect for stocking up for the week.
Delicious Offerings
Alongside the award-winning pork direct from our local farm, we also offer Lamb direct from the farms of Nene Park Trust from the Peterborough area and Lincoln Red Beef specially sourced from Lincolnshire. Joints of beef are available along with Dry Aged steaks cut to your desired size.
Irresistible Bakery Partnerships
We remain partnered with Hambleton Bakery in our pop-up shop. Delivered fresh both mornings, the smell of fresh Hambleton bread and our just-out-the-oven Sausage Rolls certainly creates a queue on West Street! Indeed, such is the popularity of the hot counter, we have extended our offerings to include traditional Cornish pasties, traditional hot pork pies as well as turnovers.
Gourmet Delights
Indulge in our wide selection of local cheeses, including specialties like Lincolnshire Poacher and Cote Hill Blue, as well as renowned cheeses like Brie de Meaux from further afield. Don’t miss our Bassingthorpe Milk, delivered fresh every weekend in returnable and refillable glass bottles, allowing the cream to rise to the top.
Tantalising Frozen and Pantry Items
Browse our freezer, where you will find our award-winning pies, homemade Beef Wellingtons and Bread & Butter Pudding. Our shelves are stocked with lots of pantry fillers from local suppliers such as Saints and Sinners jam and chutney from Spalding and Hawkens Gingerbread from Grantham.
