Cooking Tips
Turkey Butterfly: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Roast the turkey for 20 minutes per 500g, plus an extra 20 minutes. Cover with foil and remove in the last 30 minutes for browning.
Gammon Joint: Boil or roast the gammon for 25 minutes per 500g, plus an additional 20 minutes. Glaze with honey or mustard during the last 20 minutes for extra flavour.
Pigs in Blankets: Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Goose Fat Roast Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Parboil potatoes, drain, coat in melted goose fat, and roast for 40-50 minutes until golden and crispy.
