Harrogate Blue is a popular addition to any cheese board. Attractive, with it’s golden and blue veined appearance and creamy and mellow in texture and flavour. This cheese is matured for 10 weeks to develop the right depth of flavour and creamy texture.
Sheppard’s Purse are a well known and well established cheese maker. Starting out in the late 1980’s, Sheppard’s Purse is still a family run business, led by the two daughters of Judy, the founder. Harrogate Blue has won many awards including in 2017, when it won Super Gold at the World Cheese awards and was named in the top 15 cheeses in the World!
Each piece is wrapped and then put in a bag. Keep refrigerated but best served at room temperature.
