Made in Somerset, by the White Lake Cheese Company at Bagborough Farm, Rachel is an unusual shaped goat’s cheese, made with unpasteurised milk from their Toggenburg, British Alpine and Saanen goats. Rachel’s namesake is one of the cheese makers friends, who is reportedly, sweet, curvy and a little bit nutty- just like the cheese!
