Our Farmhouse Kitchen was where it all begin. Peter (or âPeweeâ as we know him) used to come to Grasmere Farm after work in the week and do butchery in the kitchen. Obviously, over time our kitchen has grown and grown and has been specially converted to meet the highest of standards. We are very lucky to have some talented bakers and chefs, who make amazing products every day.
A Salami with a real kick! If you love Chilli’s and hot food then you will love our Chilli Salami. Carefully seasoned and cured in our specially made chamber, where the seasoning, chilli and garlic all blend with the meat to make a terrific flavoured Salami that leaves a warming after taste. Add to pizza or general cooking to give your dish less of a lift and more of a kick.
