Our Farmhouse Kitchen was where it all begin. Peter (or âPeweeâ as we know him) used to come to Grasmere Farm after work in the week and do butchery in the kitchen. Obviously, over time our kitchen has grown and grown and has been specially converted to meet the highest of standards. We are very lucky to have some talented bakers and chefs, who make amazing products every day.
We have developed a few different Salami’s, all great for the charcuterie board, fabulous with cheese or thrown in a salad. Our Original Salami is an all round crowd pleaser which will go with anything and everything. Red Wine and Garlic Salami is fantastic on the charcuterie board and has some fantastic flavours with the addition of crack black pepper. The Chilli Salami has a great heat to it, which builds and is definitely on the hot end of the scale.
