Our Farmhouse Kitchen was where it all begin. Peter (or âPeweeâ as we know him) used to come to Grasmere Farm after work in the week and do butchery in the kitchen. Obviously, over time our kitchen has grown and and grown and has been specially converted to meet the highest of standards. We are very lucky to have some talented bakers and chefs, who make amazing products every day.
There is a lot of work that goes into our Pork Pies. Our chefs and cooks make, portion and press the pastry. Whilst our butchers select the best fresh cuts of quality pork, which is well seasoned and mixed with just the right amount of fat to make the perfect filling. Once cooked, the golden pasty is crisp and has a great texture, whilst the filling is moist and morish!  Popular in all seasons and goes fantastically with our very own Red Onion Marmalade.
