Grasmere Farm’s Hampshire-cross Pigs are at the heart of our business. We breed and raise the Pigs on the farm in south Lincolnshire, using traditional farming methods which creates flavoursome and tender Pork. Our specialist butchers prepare each cut specially on site, selecting only the best for our primes cuts. Our reputation for producing delicious Pork is renowned both near and far.
A popular alternative in dishes where you would choose Chicken or even fish, Diced Pork can offer just as many great health benefits. Taken from the Leg and Shoulder, our master butchers, lean out and dice up the meat, taking the hard work out of these versatile cut. Great for casseroling, curries and kebabs.
How to cook Diced Pork
Cook from room temperature. Brown off in the pan first and then cook in a slow cooker on low for at least four hours. Or alternatively cook for three-four hours on 160°C, Gas Mark 2. Best cooked with juices/sauces. Allow to rest before serving.
