The Chickens come from high welfare farms raised in Yorkshire. Full of flavour and with non of the shrinkage during cooking, all our Chicken products are incredibly popular with our customers. Being such a versatile meat, we offer a wide range with plenty of marinades to choose from as well.
Treat yourself to our tasty Stuffed Gourmet Chicken Crown. Our skilled butchers bone the crown of our Norfolk Chickens, leaving a double breast with the skin on. Wrapped in our own dry-cured back Bacon, the Chorizo Stuffed Crown is stuffed with our own Chorizo Sausagemeat.
How to cook Gourmet Chicken Crown
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 45-50 minutes. Allow to rest before serving. Remove string.
