We have been buying Turkey Breasts from our friends in Leicestershire for over a decade. These birds are kept to the highest standards, reared slowly which gives a well flavoured meat. As they are reared slowly, this gives the birds a level of natural fat you just don’t get from mass produced, over fed birds, which makes the meat moist and gives the flavour.
Our Turkey Mince is still super lean but has just enough fat content to give it flavour. Versatile, like all Mince is and perfect for those on a diet.
How to cook Turkey Mince
Cook from room temperature. Can be the key ingredients to many dishes. Or pan fry for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked.
