This selection of Steaks is perfect for Steak Lovers. We hang our prime cuts on the bone, for at least three weeks and use Lincoln Red or other British breeds, known for their flavour, which is enhanced by the maturation on the bone. In each Steak Lovers Selection, you will get:

How to cook our Steak Lovers Selection

To cook the Rib-eye, Rump and Sirloin Steaks: Cook from room temperature. Rub oil into the meat. Grill or pan fry on a high heat, 2-3 minutes per side for rare; 4-5 minutes per side for medium and 5-6 minutes for well done. Allow to rest for two minutes before serving. To cook Fillet Steak: Cook from room temperature. Rub oil into the meat. Grill or pan fry on a high heat, 1.5-2 minutes per side for rare; 3 minutes per side for medium and 4 minutes for well done. Allow to rest for two minutes before serving.
