Cooking Tips
BBQ & Grilling Method:
Preheat your BBQ to medium heat.
Place ribs over indirect heat and cook for 20-30 minutes, turning regularly.
Finish over direct heat for a crispy, caramelised glaze.
Oven Roasting Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan/gas mark 4).
Place ribs in a roasting dish and cover loosely with foil.
Roast for 40-50 minutes, then remove foil and baste with extra BBQ sauce before finishing for 10 minutes uncovered.
Slow Cooker Method:
Place ribs in a slow cooker with extra BBQ sauce.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours until fall-apart tender.
Finish under a hot grill for a delicious sticky glaze.
