How to cookĀ our Sausages
Cook from room temperature.To Grill: Preheat the grill to medium. Place on the rack and grill for 10-13 minutes, turning regularly. To Shallow Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Fry on a medium heat for 6-10 minutes, turning regularly. To Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190Ā°c, 375Ā°f gas mark 5. Place on a roasting tray for 20-25 minutes turn half way through cooking. For fan assisted oven adjust accordingly.
How to cook Beef Burgers

Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven atĀ 180Ā°C, Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes or till juices run clear. Alternatively BBQ on a hot BBQ till juices run clear. Allow to rest before serving.
How to cook Minute Steaks
Cook from room temperature. Either cook on a hot BBQ or Grill, give each side 4-5 minutes.
How to cookĀ Chicken Breasts
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven at 180Ā°C, Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes. It is advised you baste the breasts occasionally with itās own liquid and sauce that are in the pan during cooking. Allow to rest before serving. Of course this is just one way to cook Chicken breasts- they can be chopped and fried or grilled to name just a few other ways to cook them.
How to cookĀ Pork Loin Steaks
Cook from room temperature. Prehead pan to sizzle with a drop of oil. Cook the fat side first till golden on a high heat. Then cook the flat sides until golden and reduce down to a medium heat. Cook 5-6 minutes each side. Allow to rest before serving.
