Hal-Moo-Mee is good with a variety of dips or dressings from sweet chilli, honey, chilli jam to balsamic vinegar. Slice and chuck in the oven for fantastic Hal-Moo-Mee chips or grill for burgers and salads.
Blue Sky is a husband, wife and toddler team, based in Lincolnshire. Starting with a flock of Zwartbles and making Hal-Ewe-Mee from their milk, the succession to using cow’s milk was natural, as the Zwartbles milk is seasonal. A truly family run business, Jeremy and Becky have built everything from scratch and have part their heart and sole into this fantastic product.
Each piece is wrapped and then put in a bag. Keep refrigerated. Serve grilled or fried.
