Cook the Burgers from room temperature. Either grill or fry. To Grill: Preheat the grill to medium. Place on the rack and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly. To Shallow Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Fry on a medium heat for 8-12 minutes, turning regularly.

Cook from room temperature. Either cook on a hot BBQ or Grill, give each side 4-5 minutes.
How to cook Jamaican Jerk Pork Thick Ribs
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre off pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes on 170Ā°C, Gas Mark 3. Finish on BBQ to get the char-grilled flavour. Alternatively cook for another 5-10 minutes in oven. Allow to rest before serving.

Cook from room temperature.To Grill: Preheat the grill to medium. Place on the rack and grill for 10-13 minutes, turning regularly. To Shallow Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Fry on a medium heat for 6-10 minutes, turning regularly. To Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190Ā°c, 375Ā°f gas mark 5. Place on a roasting tray for 20-25 minutes turn half way through cooking. For fan assisted oven adjust accordingly.
