Since we first started stocking Ribblesdale Blue Goat’s cheese, this has become a firm favourite among our customers. A well balanced blue goat’s cheese, which rather than being overpowering, is smooth, creamy and just the right amount of blue. Hard blue goat cheeses are unusual but this surely the best. Pairs well with desert wine.

Based in the market town of Hawes, in the Yorkshire Dales and originally made by Iain Hill, Ribblesdale Blue Goat cheese is now made in Wensleydale by Iain’s niece, Iona. Ribblesdale goat cheese is recognised as being some of the tastiest produced in this country and this blue is no different.

Each piece is wrapped and then put in a bag. Keep refrigerated but best served at room temperature.
